COST: $150 includes a 4’ x 4’ primed board and an 8 oz. jar of Gator Hide to seal your finished project.
This barn quilt class is a hands-on class where you will create your own exterior 4’x4’ barn quilt to display on your barn or she-shed. You get to pick your own pattern and will need to pre-order your Dixie Belle paint colors at Farm Girl Finds to complete your project. The 4’x4’ primed board and sealer will be provided.
Your barn quilt pattern needs to be approved by FGF as some are more difficult than others. Your paint colors need to be pre-ordered and paid for at least 2 weeks prior to class to ensure we have them available at class. I can help you select a pattern and choose paint colors if you want assistance.
In the class you will learn how to draw the pattern onto the board, paint the pattern and seal your finished project.
You may not get to complete your barn quilt in the allotted class time and will need to take your boards home with you after class. Please keep that in mind and don’t drive the mini-Cooper to class.
