SWIC is excited to offer a series of professional development courses at the Red Bud campus of Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC). Our comprehensive training program aims to enhance essential soft skills that will benefit your employees and contribute to their career advancement. Best of all, these classes are offered at no cost to participants or employers.
Soft Skills 101
November 4-8, 9 am – 1 pm
Develop skills in communication, collaboration, and critical thinking to excel in your job and advance your career. Learn to communicate in a professional, clear, concise, and empathetic manner, develop a strong work ethic, maintain a positive workplace attitude, handle difficult situations, be a productive employee, and maintain a professional image.
