Join us for our FREE Open House event: Intro to Jiu Jitsu!  On 9 Aug from 2-3:30pm, we're hosting an event to introduce the teen and adult community to Jiu Jitsu (this particular event is focusing on teens and adults).  Participants will learn about Jiu Jitsu, our programs available, and get a chance to practice some self defense techniques.  This will be the first in a series of Open House events we're looking to host, so keep an eye out for future offerings.
